YOUR ROLE:Play an important advisory role to the organization;Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions in Quebec, Ontario and Canada;Support commercial real estate operations;Draft and negotiate major commercial leases with various stakeholders;Monitor and ensure the maintenance of positive relationships with external partners. REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS:Bachelor of Laws and member of the Quebec Bar or the Chamber of Notaries;Have approximately 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate law, transactional law and commercial leasing;Experience in the retail field, an asset;Have excellent communications skills (written and oral) and fluency in English and French;Dynamism, efficiency, team spirit.
