Continuous Improvement Engineer

Our client, a well-known company in the manufacturing field, is currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join its engineering team Full time. Permanent. Responsibilities: Support management in improving efficiency and process management; Implement loss reduction solutions; Introduce new internal processes; Improve the performance of existing products by proposing changes in manufacturing processes; Lead continuous improvement groups with stakeholders; Analyze factors limiting performance; Develop business relationships with suppliers in Canada and the United States in order to access the best technologies on the market; Perform all other related tasks. Profile : Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering; Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment; Experience with Six Sigma ; Bilingualism in French and English; Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Office and MRP.
