Our mining client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst with C# (ASP.NET) & C++ development experience to support & enhance new/existing applications & systems Calgary candidate for a 1 year contract, 3 days in office at our client's downtown Calgary location Must Have: 5 years experience as a Technical Analyst Full stack development experience in C++, C# (ASP.NET) & MVC Experience with C++ Builder - Embarcadero Experience with SQL Database & SQL Server 2016 CI/CD experience with MSBuild & Azure DevOps Previous experience migrating code to .NET Core Nice to Have: Vue.JS, Node.JS or similar framework PowerBI Analytics Git or Azure Repos Developing stored procedures and SSRS reports NHibernate, Entity framework or other ORM tool experience Responsibilities: Develop new applications and enhance system functionalities including integrations & code refactoring Full stack software development: application development, deployments releases, incident management, and handling defect Configuring application servers and system configuration management, including SQL Server Configuration Manager and security Business analysis and software implementation: applying systems thinking when performing requirements gathering with customers Provide technical leadership to teams by specifying and implementing data contracts / integrations Perform QA and configuration management across a suite of complex systems Migration/adjustment of the drill and blast systems to .NET Core and adding functional capabilities in support of business process changes Apply
