Commercial Bidding Coordinator

Successful, growing electrical contractor looking for someone to coordinate and assist in our project bidding and follow up process. We’re looking for someone who can meet the following requirements:

· Experience working for a contractor (electrical preferred but also HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)

· Experience interacting with general contractors, project managers and vendors

· Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast paced environment

· Basic knowledge of estimating, bidding and the commercial bidding process

· Experience in dealing with permits and town inspectors a plus

· High attention to detail and strong data entry skills

· Able to multi-task and prioritize

· Reliable transportation and can commit to working in office 5 days per week. - No remote work and must be authorized to work in the United States

· Able to pass a background check
