Job Description
Are you a skilled CDM Consultant looking to join a dynamic and collaborative construction consultancy? Our client, a renowned consultancy, is seeking an experienced CDM Consultant to manage their diverse and fascinating portfolio of projects. This consultancy has a rich history with numerous offices around the UK, however your personal portfolio will be located within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire & London. This flexible hybrid work pattern also provides you balance.
The CDM Consultant Role
As a CDM Consultant, you will confidently lead meetings and provide expert advice as both Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to clients across the Residential, Commercial, and Education sectors. This national company operates primarily on local projects, ensuring you can make a significant impact in your community while working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferable).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience within CDM roles.What's In It For You?
