Connect Grp UK Ltd is proud to partner with a prestigious mechanical and electrical building services contractor to recruit a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for a high-profile £15M residential new-build project in East London.
The Project:
- £15M new-build residential complex
- Energy centre + three high-rise blocks
- Full mechanical, HVAC, and public health installation
- 18-24 months remaining duration
What You'll Do:
- Lead site managers and supervisors
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
- Oversee mechanical installations
- Administer project contracts
What You Need:
- 5+ years in project management
- SMSTS and CSCS qualifications
- Proven residential mechanical project lead experience
- Strong leadership and technical skills
What's On Offer:
- Salary: £85,000 per annum

- Or £475/day for CIS contractors

- Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:30 - 16:30
