Job Title: Order Processor – Kitchen Doors & Accessories

Location: Bury
Remuneration: £25,000 - £28,000
The role of the Order Processor – Kitchen Doors & Accessories will involve:
* Order Processor position dealing with a high end quality range of both manufactured and distributed kitchen doors & components
* Raising quotations from detailed customer plans
* Processing orders for Kitchens within the CAD system
* Assist with any incoming customer queries via telephone & email
* Liaise with suppliers and customers to provide updates on delivery times etc.
* Provide support and advice for customers on plans/designs
The ideal applicant will be an Order Processor – Kitchen Doors & Accessories with:
* Must be able to interpret designs & technical drawings and produce quotes from these
* Must be from within the kitchen industry, ideally cabinetry
* However would consider someone from the bedroom, bathroom or furniture industry providing they have the technical knowledge
* Must have experience with CAD/3D Design software such as: Articad, Winner, SketchUp or AutoCAD
* Ideally working for a manufacturer
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
* Robust, positive outlook and team player
