Job Title: Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A leading stonework specialist is seeking a skilled Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor to be part of a reputable and dynamic team. You will work on a variety of prestigious brickwork and stone masonry developments, focusing on residential, commercial, and heritage structures across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pre-contract cost planning and procurement to ensure project viability.
Prepare tenders, contracts, and commercial documentation in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
Ensure compliance with cost, time, and quality standards throughout the pre-construction phase.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on brickwork and stone masonry.
Proficient in JCT forms of contract and a strong understanding of contract law and construction processes.
Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with various stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
