Client Overview
Our client, a leader in providing sustainable energy solutions is seeking a Solar PV Project Manager to lead multiple solar farm projects. With a proven track record of delivering projects across the UK, our client primarily delivers end-to-end solar farms.
The role
This role focuses on the management of ground-mount and roof-mount solar farms, ensuring seamless project delivery from planning through to execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee the execution of both ground mount and roof mount solar farm projects across the UK, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and on budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and adapt schedules to mitigate risks and meet critical deadlines.
Oversee project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial reporting is consistent and accurate for both individual projects and the overall solar programme.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparent communication and strong alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Address project bottlenecks and competing priorities, escalating issues to the Construction Manager when necessary. Location: Various sites across the UK with clients' office based in the Midlands, this will be a hybrid role across sites, offices, and home.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred
In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, specifically related to both ground mount and roof mount installations.
Proven track record of delivering solar farms in value of £5m and 300 kilowatts and above.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in large-scale solar projects.
Key Personal Attributes:
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative in nature, working seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders
