CSA Construction Manager - Data Centre - Wales

Job Description
Falcon Green have partnered with a reputable, award winning main contractor that specialises in the delivery of modern-day mission critical and data centre infrastructure across Ireland, the UK and Europe, in their search for a CSA Construction Manager to join the team in Wales. After the successful acquisition of a landmark data centre scheme in Cardiff, they are now expanding their CSA delivery team and require someone confident in managing a scheme valued at over €50m.
In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, commercial awareness and people management ability is key.
You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises. With the order book full for several years in Ireland, UK and Central Europe, there is excellent scope for a credible CSA Lead to step into a Project Manager upon successful completion of this project.
CSA Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on site
* Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
* Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
* Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Health & Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the Supervisors and Engineers
CSA Construction Manager Key Requirements:
* Previous experience on similar large-scale projects
* Proven record of supervising and involvement of large installation projects
* Experienced in design and build
* Ability to work well within strict deadlines
* Ability to drive a large-scale project
* Experience working for a general contractor
* Data centre experience is desirable but not a necessity
