You have experience in a generalist HR role, working with a growing and fast-paced business and can build excellent relationships easily. You get a real kick out of learning and development and really enjoy the satisfaction that comes from your ability to change the people landscape though talent engagement and development.
You really enjoy being pivotal in the People Team, setting the agenda for the development and engagement of your colleagues, focussing on future talent and delivering a plan to keep the business at the forefront of talent development in their industry.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, energetic and dynamic team based in Glasgow as their Learning & Talent Lead, playing a vital part in the continuing growth and development of the business.
