IT Infrastructure Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead in a fast-paced global IT environment. You'll be instrumental in fostering collaboration across Storage, Network, and Platform, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient infrastructure operations.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with your IT Infrastructure Manager counterpart (based overseas), managing the UK-based team and supporting global initiatives.

You'll ensure operational excellence by overseeing daily activities, prioritising business-as-usual (BAU) work, driving projects, and maintaining the infrastructure performance at its peak.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UK team, ensuring high service standards across time zones
• Support global infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT infrastructure with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of cooperation across global teams
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Your background and experience:

• Proven leadership experience in managing Infrastructure and technical teams
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Expertise in managing escalations, defining KPIs/SLAs, and ensuring they are met
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies (AgilePM, Scrum, etc.)
• A track record of fostering collaboration, innovation, and a process-driven culture
• Knowledge of IT trends, suppliers and products
