As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparation and assessment of applications, valuations cost/value reconciliation, cost control and forecasting and contract management.

Requirements:

• ·Previously worked on NEC Contracts
• ·Major Construction/Civil/Infrastructure experience
• ·Previously worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor experience
• ·Sub-Contractor management experience
• ·A minimum of 3 years+ working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.
• ·CSCS card
