Our client is looking for a Int. UX Researcher to utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to answer design and/or business questions. 12 month contract; fully remote within BC; 37.5hrs/week Must Haves 3-5 years experience conducting UX Research , particularly for omnichannel products and services. Experience with standard UX Research methodologies (e.g. interviews, field studies/ethnography, diary studies, task analysis, formative and summative usability tests, A/B testing, surveys, heuristic evaluations, competitive analysis, etc.) Experience creating UX Research artifacts such as journey maps, personas, affinity diagrams, highlight reels, etc. Familiarity with design tools like Figma. Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Nice to Haves Possesses an understanding of digital analytics and how it complements UX Research. Ability to develop creative approaches to researching complex UX problems. Apply
