Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support the design and delivery of the new contact center replacement solution. 1 year contract; hybrid model onsite in North Vancouver; 40hrs/week Must Haves: 5 years as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst Experience working on a contact center implementation project with enterprise/public sector Leading business requirements and translating for technical teams Nice to Have: Experience with Genesys Work under the direction of the digital team: Function as a team lead for all digital initiatives for the project. Support design and development of technical solutions for migration of 32 contact centres (7 LOBs) to new CCaaS solution to enable new CX capabilities. Design and Code development Facilitate, participate and design workshops for digital solution Work coordination 3. Status reporting and project stakeholder management Requirements, design, build and configuration and sustainment documents.
