Job Description
Make purchases from suppliers; Determine the availability of requested items; Ensure compliance with costs, delivery time and specifications; Create and update purchase requisitions to the ERP; Ensure that all stages of the procurement process are followed; Generate the various inventory reports; Enter data to the ERP at the level of items in inventory; Follow up with customers and suppliers on invoices and quotes; Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners; Respond effectively to requests from internal and external customers; Plan the transport of the merchandise with the various business partners. Hold a college diploma in supply department or equivalent combination; Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; Have good writing and communication skills; Bilingualism (French and English), an asset; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, an asset; Have good judgment and be autonomous; Be organizational, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks at the same time in a rapidly changing environment; Able to interact professionally at all times; Be able to meet deadlines;
