Our global energy client is looking for an Intermediate Field Support Technician with Desktop, Network and Mobility experience to support both in-person and remote end-users at an onsite camp, working a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation. One year contract to start. Must be able to work 14 days on / 14 days off. Fly-in / fly-out of camp. Must Haves: 5 years Desktop Support Technician experience Windows 10 and O365 support experience Remote Access and Security (VPN Global Protect, Citrix, MFA) support experience Cisco Call Manager & Unity VOIP administration Mobility Device Management (MDM) experience Nice to Haves: ServiceNow experience HP plotter maintenance A/V (MS Teams Room) troubleshooting Fiber network patching Responsibilities: Support Dell Windows 10, O365, and company applications (in-person and remote) Manage PC/mobility hardware inventory using ServiceNow Coordinate with vendors and manage IT equipment orders Provide remote access support (VPN, Citrix, MFA) Troubleshoot A/V issues for MS Teams Room technology Assist network techs, manage VOIP phones, and perform light labor for moves/projects Apply
