Engagement assignments include: Amendment to existing Agreements, Change Orders to existing sub Agreements, offline POs, Work Orders (WO), Order Forms, Statements of Work (SOWs), and low risk Service Agreements" "Contract Review: ● Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts with suppliers With CM support where applicable. ● Manage contract lifecycle of the assigned engagement from drafting to execution, ensuring Completed risk assessment cycle and that Contract compliance is considered. ● Support the maintenance of contract documentation and records of the assigned engagement."
