Were always searching the globe for innovative, collaborative minds to join our best-in-class Aecon community About Us The Shoreline Power Group is a fully integrated Joint Venture of Aecon, United and AtkinsRalis located in Kincardine, Ontario. Shoreline Power Group is the centerpiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program which replaces the main components of 6 reactors at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders as well as construction management and trade labor. This project is part of Bruce Powers Life Extension Program, which will allow Bruce Powers CANDU units to continue to operate safely through to 2064. The Tooling Management Specialist is responsible for working with the Tooling Management Team to enter and manage the tooling management database and help in planning the overall tool management. What You'll Do Here Keep the database up to date and monitor all information being entered Will have responsibility for maintaining the database Provide input into any enhancements/development to improve the database Interface with the tool leads, technical leads and Teamsters to ensure tools are properly accounted for Register new tooling based off drawings and BOMs Own the spares reordering process Perform Physical Crib Audits Provide Tooling support during Transitions Provide CribMaster Training Must be able to enter controlled contamination areas and vault for inventory audits and supporting tooling transition series Assume additional related responsibilities, as necessary What You Bring To The Team Detail oriented - Having the ability to focus on the key details of the data to be entered is a necessity Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory Experience in areas such as inventory control, or planning would be beneficial. CribMaster software experience preferred. Must be able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills Ability to work with clients and staff in a team environment as well as independently Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Adobe Nuclear experience preferred Aecon fosters diversity , inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
