Must Haves: 1 year as a Buyer , preferably in the public sector Experience using Oracle Financial services to manage Purchase Orders and expedite deliveries Experience sourcing materials using the RFx process Post-Secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience Nice to Haves: Basic understanding of contract legal terms and conditions Apply
