Our national retail client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support the supply chain and logistics team on the enhancements of order fulfilment systems - 29583 Duration: 1 year to start Location: Mississauga ( 3 days a week on site ) Work Hours: 37.5 hours / week Job ID: WECJP000 29583 The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying eCommerce-related capabilities for the Logistics team that enables new Omni fulfillment and enhances eCommerce experiences. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Alignment, conduct and/or participate in the analysis of business processes and functional requirements with stakeholders for required system enhancements and prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information. Translate initiative/business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate business requirements workshops based on the ‘happy path’ and exception scenarios for all product/flow types Create JIRA Development stories with acceptance criteria for UAT testing and performance/volume testing. Drive Delivery, coordinate/participate in testing as needed to maintain quality & performance standards in the software solution, participate in defect/error investigations and drive resolution through internal agile teams and 3rd party partners as needed. Coordinate application pilot deployments with site Ops/QA, application Development, application Release Mgt team. Must Haves: 5-7 Years Business Analysis experience. 2 years of experience utilizing at least one major Warehouse Management System (WMS) like Manhattan, JDA, Sterling 2 Years of Supply Chain experience Apply
