Manage seller performance review processes. Work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues and provide solutions to ensure we offer a positive customer experience. Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries/requests and work with sellers Represent Marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in all eCommerce projects. Plan, communicate, and drive adoption of any effort required by sellers. Design and develop future Marketplace operations and fulfillment processes. Liaise with store teams to address and resolve opportunities related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments. Must Haves: 2 years of Vendor Management experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain or eCommerce Bachelor's Degree Apply
