Your Opportunity Our People Advisory Consulting team is seeking an experienced Bilingual Compensation Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships, driving new business across various industries and sectors. Lead compensation engagements from initiation to completion, providing subject matter expertise to both clients and internal team members. Provide technical guidance on Quebec and Ontario pay equity, job analysis, job design, and job evaluation, assisting clients with pay equity system implementation. Review and design compensation structures, conduct market analysis, and create tailored salary benchmarks and pay philosophies. Manage Pay Equity filings and ensure compliance with legislation, including Bill 90 and salary declarations. Support the design and implementation of incentive plans and ongoing evaluation to ensure alignment with client objectives. How do we define success for your role? Bilingualism (English/French) is required. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and pay equity across various industries, with expertise in total rewards, compensation structures, and job evaluation. Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) designation is an asset. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven business development experience and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients. Why BDO?
