YOUR ROLE:Your main responsibilities will be to: Analyze, draft and revise various legal documents (deeds of sale, financing, co-ownership, leases, etc.);Meet with customers and issue legal opinions, particularly in real estate matters;Examine residential and commercial real estate titles; Publish deeds and receive signatures. SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Law ;Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;Experience in Real Estate Law;Experience in Co-ownership Law (an asset);Excellent oral and written bilingualism (French and English);Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;Thoroughness, attention to detail, autonomy and proactivity.
