Tender Engineer

Streamlining commercial processes, you ensure efficiency across the organization. Organizational resources and priorities are coordinated to effectively meet project requirements. Responsibility includes preparing estimates, proposals, and tenders, with close collaboration alongside the tender team. Facilitating communication across departments helps gather essential input for tenders. Reviewing and interpreting contractual terms and conditions is an essential part of the role. Leading negotiations on tenders with clients is expected. Support and coaching are provided to Commercial Engineers and Commercial Assistants. Monthly reports are prepared for the Commercial & Strategic Director. Managing the handover of projects to the Project Management team ensures smooth transitions. Reporting is directed to the Tender Director. A master’s degree is preferred, though candidates with a bachelor’s degree are also welcome to apply. Experience with industrial projects would be advantageous. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to make an impact. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, with knowledge of French, Dutch or German considered a plus. Strong planning skills enable you to achieve your goals and objectives. The blasting booth is equipped for both manual and robotic blasting. Additionally, the company operates several automated blasting machines and a spray hall measuring 7,200 m². A key strength of the company is its large in-house engineering department, where skilled engineers manage the design and calculation of components in line with strict quality standards.
