Planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities on the construction site Managing construction teams and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Preparing and monitoring the project schedule and progress Communicating with clients and internal teams Identifying potential issues and thinking proactively Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience in the role Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Valid driver's license (Category B) A challenging and varied role within a dynamic organization Opportunities for personal and professional development A positive work atmosphere with colleagues Flat organizational structure with clear communication Quarterly site manager meetings held during lunch Our client specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects. From road and sewer works to hydraulic engineering, they are committed to delivering sustainable and innovative solutions. To strengthen their team, they are looking for an additional site manager for the Antwerp region. As a site manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of various infrastructure projects. You will ensure that projects progress according to schedule and meet the required quality and safety standards. You may be assigned projects for private clients within the industry/port sector or public tenders. The exciting part of this role is that you will consistently face challenges within your projects, requiring a different approach each time to successfully bring them to completion.
