Position Title: Service Center Clerk
Location: Boston, MA 02110
Duration: 8+ months of contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $22.78/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Each of these employees will receive extensive training for specific purposes which includes AFC System Automated Fare, Collection training and Ticket Office Machine.
TOM training which enables them to produce Charlie Cards for the general public and reduced fare customers within the Charlie Cards Store.
Scope of Work Responsibilities include creating:
Charlie Cards for general public and reduced fare customers utilizing the AFC system and TOM responding to customer e-mails/complaints answering telephone calls inputting/data entry into our web-based mailing system and various spreadsheets mailing reduced fare Charlie Cards to customers updating our TAP Transportation Access Pass database performing various other duties to assist with servicing our customers.
