Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with the production and operations teams to support continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and the smooth functioning of the facility.

Summary of Duties: (will discuss more in detail)

• Supervises a team of Maintenance Electricians. Maintenance Mechanics
• Plans and lays out maintenance work projects; monitors and controls supplies and equipment; orders supplies and tools as necessary; prepares documents for equipment procurement; participates in the bid process for maintenance and repair projects.
• Responsible for the hiring and training of maintenance department staff.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Prepares detailed cost estimates; maintains all maintenance records and prepares routine reports of work performance
• Performs the most complex maintenance duties as needed and provides technical oversight to the maintenance team.
• Supervises installation of new equipment as required, with regards to electrical wiring, fixtures, and junction boxes, etc.
