We specialize in innovative hair, face and nail techniques such as Japanese head spa, Russian Manicure/Pedicure and European Facial Sculpting, while providing a serene and luxurious experience.

Head Spa and Nail tech Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are seeking skilled and passionate licensed Cosmetologists, Nail techs and Aestheticians to join our newly forming staff. While experience is preferred we also provide training for our specific services.

1. **Japanese Head Spa Treatments:**

- Perform holistic head spa treatments based on traditional Japanese techniques, focusing on relaxation, scalp health, and hair rejuvenation.

- Analyze clients’ scalp and hair conditions to customize treatments that address individual needs.

- Utilize specialized products and techniques to promote relaxation and improve hair health.

2. **Facial Massage and Sculpting:**

- Offer personalized facial massages and sculpting services aimed at enhancing facial contours and promoting skin health.

- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin type and preferences in order to tailor massage techniques that rejuvenate and lift facial muscles.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in facial massage and sculpting to provide cutting-edge services.

3. **Client Experience:**

- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring a relaxing and memorable experience for each client.

- Educate clients on the benefits of head spa and facial treatments, and recommend appropriate post-treatment care and products.

4. **Professional Development:**

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve and enhance skills and knowledge in the field of cosmetology.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Cosmetologist/Nail Technician/Aesthetician with a focus on head spa and facial massage techniques.

- Preferred experience in Japanese head spa treatments, facial massage and sculpting.

- Strong knowledge of scalp health, hair care products, and facial anatomy.

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and some non Major holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
