Primary Focus: The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of existing customer relationships and the development of new relationships and business opportunities. The ideal candidate is well-organized, has excellent communication skills, and is goal and results driven.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Achieve individual sales goals established annually.
- Establish new relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
- Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and relationship referrals.
- Work closely with the Estimating Department to assist in preparation of bids and proposals. i.e. inspect, scope, and photograph prospective projects.
- Participate in Estimating Meetings/Conference Calls.
- Ensure client bids are consistent, thorough, and well written.
- Track and follow up on all “pending” bids and estimates with customers.
- Assist with marketing/sales strategy (i.e. trade shows, advertising, etc.) to develop higher name recognition within our industry.
- Participate in Monthly Sales Calls.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system.
- Assist in developing annual budgeted sales.
- Support the Finance Department with collections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (preferably in the Services / Environmental / Construction industry).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
