Job Title: Project Coordinator

Company/Industry: Furniture Designer/Distributor/Servicing Company

Location: near Deer Park, NY

Salary: Commensurate with experience + benefits

Position type: Direct Hire, FT On-site

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and provide cost proposals for key sales area
• Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions for key sales area and special projects
o Manage bid pricing from vendors when not on contract
o Enter all sales & purchase orders and approved invoices
o Use computer software Salesforce to calculate estimates
o Calling and scheduling deliveries
o Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
o Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship for key sales area and special projects
o Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner for key sales area and special projects.
o Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers for key sales area and special projects
o Manage and communicate changes to all parties involved
• Perform other related duties as assigned

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents
Salesforce knowledge a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent communication skills
