What you'll do as: Customer Service Associate/Showroom Associate

- Fielding calls and emails from customers

- Resolving customer issues

- Processing returns and exchanges

- Educating customers on products

- Assisting with sales and ordering process

Work Experience

- Customer service experience

- Basic computer skills

- Showroom sales skills

- Ability to work in a team environment
