We understand that just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing demands JIT staffing. Our clients know they can lean on us to get 20 to 200 Onin teammates with a 2- to 8-hour notice. - Competitive pay rates
- Sorting and scanning all documents into the proper processing system
- Providing services to UFL’s Med Sup block, UFL’s Life block, all Life and Annuity blocks
- Backup for Operations Manager and Scanner/Indexer
- Printing and putting together all WS policy’s and apps to be mailed

What you'll do as: Mail Processing Specialist
- Ordering & stocking supplies, envelopes and paper
- Depositing UFL checks
- Working with Shred company for document destruction
- Sending FedEx and Priority Mail packages
- Processing all outgoing mail to be picked up by 2:30
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in phone edicate
- Experience in working as a backup for Operations Manager and Scanner/Indexer
- Experience in some cold calling
