Job Description:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a school district located in Wellesley, MA. As a BCBA, you will work closely with students, teachers, and staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive change in student behavior. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff members on implementing behavior plans.
- Train and supervise staff in behavior management strategies and data collection procedures.
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' academic, social, and behavioral goals.
- Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across environments.
- Maintain pliance with all state and federal regulations, including special education laws.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with students in a school setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of special education laws and procedures.
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions accordingly.
- A passion for helping students achieve their behavioral and educational goals.
