Role: A contemporary Fashion brand looking for a Direct- Hire Production Coordinator onsite in Vernon, CA.

Production Assistant

Rate:

• $25- $27/hr (Based on experience)

Location:

• Fully Onsite Monday through Friday in Vernon

Start/End:

• 2-3 Interviews

Responsibilities:

• Track all production orders with primarily overseas factories
• Coordinate daily communication of production status to all internal departments, technical directives, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate production plans and strategic logistic plans
• Request and manage photoshoot sample needs
• Oversee and track all bulk approvals of materials
• Closely collaborate with Design and Sales Teams to understand flow of product from start to finish
• Create and update BOM’s Make, update, and receive PO’s
• Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of practical work experience in production, preferably in the contemporary apparel space

• Knowledge in production process, data management platforms, and apparel production/ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel skill level
• • Ability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
• • Extremely strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to ensuring overall accuracy
• • Effective written and oral communication skills • Ability to successfully work both independently and as part of a team
