Job Overview

We are in search of an Information Technology Specialist with a strong information technology background to join our newly set up US office in Los Angeles.


What You Will Achieve

  • Responsible for the management and operation of the company's information system (POS, ERP, etc.), including system organizational structure maintenance, account and process configuration, permission and data security management, etc.
  • Responsible for resource allocation during the construction of the company's information system, monitoring project implementation progress, conducting quality control, and timely collecting feedback on the needs of business departments.
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining information system operation manuals, organizing training, continuously tracking training and application effects, and improving operation and maintenance management efficiency.
  • Responsible for desktop operation and maintenance in the workplace and business premises, daily IT problem handling, procurement and management of IT equipment and consumables.
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by leaders.


What You Will Need

  • Major in computer science or related field, with more than 3 years of experience in IT industry
  • Possess IT management skills in the workplace and retail stores, as well as the ability to connect upstream and downstream departments
  • Possess rich project management experience
  • Familiar with computer, printer, endpoint network equipment hardware installation, with troubleshooting ability
  • Familiar with Windows and other system environments, able to perform maintenance management and fault analysis
  • Proficient in maintaining and managing various mainstream monitoring systems
  • Possess good abilities in data statistics, organization, and analysis
  • Possess strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and stress resistance
  • Possess good communication, expression, and collaboration skills, as well as teamwork spirit
  • Experiences in POS and Enterprise Resource Planning application operation and maintenance are nice-to-have
  • Fluent in Chinese is preferred
