Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Data Quality/Data Science Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data used across various projects. This role combines data engineering, quality assurance, and data science principles to enhance data processes and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate data insights into improvements in model training, data collection, and overall user experience.
• Develop actionable insights: Transform data analysis into clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate trends, patterns, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze the flow of user feedback data: throughout the AI Overviews development lifecycle, identifying key insights and collaborating with PM and engineers to optimize model training and enhance user experience.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience with Data Science in Tech or related fields.
• Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
• Deep understanding of data quality: This includes recognizing various types of data errors (inconsistencies, inaccuracies, biases), their impact on model performance, and methods for detection and correction.
• Data annotation and labeling: Experience with annotating and labeling data according to specific guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy. This might involve tasks like sentiment analysis, entity recognition, or topic categorization.
• Familiarity with data quality.
