BSA (Risk/Compliance – Cloud/Security/ERP)

Hybrid – Must be onsite 1-2 days a week in WILMINGTON, MA

We need a BSA with extensive experience in Cloud ERP Security & Compliance.

USC/GC

· HCM Knowledge: Not critical. Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 3-6 months.

· Cloud Security and Compliance: Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions, specifically Oracle’s Risk Management Cloud (RMC).

o RMC experience in the cloud is critical (on premise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important).

o Should be experienced in internal audits, control definitions, building controls and profiles in the cloud.

· Hands-On Configuration: The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC, not just high-level exposure.

· Techno-functional: The role requires a 50/50 blend of technical and functional expertise.

· Vendor Communication: Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial.

· Requirement Documentation: Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected.
