California Licensed Architect

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUrban Desing Specialists is looking for a CA licensed Architect to join our team in Marina Del Rey. A California Architectural license is required. The successful candidate must have experience with Multifamily projects, including Type III and Type I construction. A minimum of 2 years of experience is also required. UDS is a team of successful professionals working in a friendly fun environment of a wide variety of projects ranging from custom homes to Hotels and hire-rise residential buildings. This position will be offered to an individual who is ready to be a part of a team, has strong communication skills, has proven knowledge of Building Codes, and has experience in conducting plan checks. Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. A work permit is required and no sponsorship or visa assistance is offered.
