This is a new position as we expand the range of landscaping and hardscaping products manufactured at our Spring Lake facilities to meet growing demand across West Michigan. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hardscape / Landscape Outside Salesperson in a full-time position.

In this role, you will manage sales for landscapers, landscape dealers, developers, builders and homeowners across the West Michigan region, from Traverse City to South Haven and Lansing. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer concerns, and build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success. Your responsibilities will include facilitating product demonstrations, creating estimates and sales orders, and closing sales to drive business success.

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience
• 3+ years of related industry experience; natural stone, hardscaping, landscaping, or masonry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Goal orientation, mechanical aptitude, and high attention to detail
• A pleasant, friendly, and positive attitude with a team player mentality
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and seek win/win solutions
• Good driving record required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
