Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking Graphic Operations Analysts to join a leading media client in Santa Monica, CA. Apply now for this exciting contract opportunity!
- Contract: W2, 15 months (Oct 01, 2024 - Dec 31, 2025)
- Location: Santa Monica, CA (On-site)
- Pay Range: $24-27/hour Based on DOE
Role Summary:
The Graphic Operations Analyst will work closely with the graphic operations team to fulfill asset requests, track project progress, and perform various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage asset requests, including uploads and downloads.
- Track project activity and progress, ensuring timelines are met.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the graphic operations team.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to fulfill requests.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in graphics/print production or supply chain.
