A local logistics company who is part of a large corporation seeks (2) Dispatcher/Customer Service Representatives. Company is located in Chesapeake, VA. Hours are 8am to 5pm Mon- Fri.

Job Details:

• As a CSR you will ensure that the company delivers on our promise and outstanding service.
• You will work with the drivers collecting the proper paperwork.
• Monitor progress of customer's orders from start to finish.
• Talk to truck drivers to dispatch to proper locations.
• Talk to customers regarding time of delivery.
• Process charges or cancellations to customer orders .

Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of high school degree
• 1 year of Customer Service experience or transportation experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the drive to resolve issues that arise.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Proficient with Outlook and Word.
