Assignment Specifics:
Full-time
13+ weeks temp to perm
Shift: M-F 8:00am 5:00pm

Job Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of mail order pharmacy including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor workflow to optimize efficiency and customer service.
Counsel patients about their medications, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions that could have a negative impact on their health.

Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana
Strong experience in a specialty or mail order pharmacy
3+years experience in a leadership role
