Job Description
My well established Building Services client are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:-
* Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services
* Work collaboratively with the sales/estimating team
* Develop innovative marketing strategies
* Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth
* Maintain professional relationships
* Assist the estimating department with administration tasks
* Keep a log of incoming and submitted tenders
* Develop sales and order reporting and business statistics
* Update pricing documents
* Manage all aspects of social media and advertising
Key Skills:-
* Essential you have worked in a similar role previously
* Knowledge of marketing and sales principles with a track record of success
* Proven experience in creating PowerPoint presentations
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in line with business deadlines
* Must be able to work independently and make decisions that align with company goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
* If you have worked within Construction / Building Service previously this would be advantageous.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations, think independently and demonstrate savvy skills in various marketing and sales activities.
