Ideally looking for someone with management / supervisory experience within Ecommerce / Next day delivery.

Warehouse based role - Order picking, Packing, Despatch and some manufacturing

Based in Cannock

Duties of a Warehouse Operations Supervisor

• Working in the Distribution centre
• Coordinating the work of all the operatives
• Internet orders / Picking / Packing /Replenishment and goods in
• Managing upto 40 staff
• Monitoring delivery times (next day) and SLA's
• Motivating Staff
• Training and developing staff

Experience required for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Previous warehouse / DC knowledge within Ecommerce. next day delivery

• Ideally with 1 years minimum experience of management or supervisory skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Good communication skills
• Proven track record of managing high performing teams
• Trained in first aid, fire Marshall, IOSH or Mental Health an advantage
• Worked in logistics distribution and supply chain

• Based in Cannock, Staffordshire
• Permanent position - working afternoons Monday to Friday
• 1.30pm to 10pm / 2pm to 10pm
• £14.89 per hour
