Producer

As a producer your primary objectives are to plan, quote and facilitate the delivery of both photographic and video shoots across a broad range of clients and subjects.

To succeed as a Producer, we expect you to have an appreciation and understanding of both photography and videography. As a high performing Producer, you will be expected to have exceptional organisational skills and be able to plan, cost and co-ordinate all services required to deliver shoots.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of incoming briefs, WIPs and schedules
• Project specific internal & client liaison
• Quoting, budget & purchase order management
• Sourcing and selection of specialist services, contractors and talent
• Call sheet creation and bookings
• Shoot management, timekeeping, and H&S monitoring
• Supporting studio set up and strike for shoots
• Post-production briefing, liaison, file management and supply
• Post shoot review for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a professional photographic environment is helpful
• Highly organised and able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Competent use of Office365 packages
• Flexibility to work outside of core office hours if a particular project requires
• Ability to work both studio-based and on location (often outdoors) if required
• Good listening and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and solo
• Driving license and own transport
