Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Manager, to join a chemicals company based in Leamington Spa, on a full time, permanent basis offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum.
The Company:
Our client is lead chemicals company.
Location:
The site is based in Leamington Spa and is commutable from Birmingham, Rushden and Coventry.
The Role:
Main duties and responsibilities:
Identification and delivery of all relevant control systems as detailed in the Management System.
To Manage your team of direct reports ensuring that performance is monitored and succession planning is present.
To supervise quality control & sampling activities.
To produce professional written communications, reports and minutes for the site as required.
Management and maintenance of onsite laboratory and equipment.
Management of 3rd party testing required to meet contractual / legal requirements.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Implemented systems and process to support a QMS.
High Level qualification (e.g. HND) or above – Environmental or Science related preferred.
Full driving licence.
A good understanding of Compliance.
Good communication, negotiation, influencing and coaching skills.
