Adhere to GDPR & confidentiality
Maintain and update records, HR guides & policies
Deal with HR queries, manage the inbox, escalate if needed
Support with induction of new starters, leavers, update to contracts
Some recruitment administrative duties, posting adverts, arranging interviews

Previously supported a HR team in an administrative function
Excellent communication skills
Able to maintain and adhere to confidentiality and GDPR
Excellent relationship building and people skills
