Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead customer loyalty strategies.
Champion retention initiatives across teams.
Develop and manage the CRM strategy and budget.
Lead data-driven insights to personalise communication.
Collaborate to enhance the customer experience.Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years in CRM and email marketing.
Expert understanding and hands-on experience of managing CRM platforms, marketing automation and multi-audience communications essential.
Experience of database management, database mining, list segmentation and contact targeting.
Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
