Job Description
We are currently seeking a Lead Externals Site Manager to oversee key elements of a large-scale residential development in New Malden. This exciting project consists of 456 units spread across 5 blocks of high-rise RC Frame apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the externals package of the development, with a specific focus on brickwork and window installations.
* Collaborate closely with a large site-based team, managing subcontractors and ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as an Externals Site Manager on large-scale, high-rise residential developments in London.
* Solid knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
* Ideally, familiarity with Asite or similar project management platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing site conditions.
This role is a 9-month contract starting ASAP, offering a day rate of £325 – £350, depending on experience. This role is based in New Malden
